IT Manager

About the Role

As IT Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our IT strategy in alignment with business objectives. You will oversee IT projects, manage infrastructure, ensure data security, and continuously improve IT processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with company goals.

• Ensure the security and integrity of Decotek's data and IT systems.

• Oversee IT projects from conception to completion.

• Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.

• Develop and implement IT policies in compliance with GDPR, and ISO 27001.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Lead and develop the IT team, ensuring effective training and performance management.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.

• Proven experience in IT management with a track record of success.

• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.

• Expertise in IT infrastructure, security, and compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001).

• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
