Security Instructor

Location: International Deployment (Middle East/ East Africa)

Overview:

AllPro Recruitment, on behalf of our client, a global security and risk management company based in UAE, is currently seeking professional Security Instructors to support the delivery of bespoke training programmes for international personnel. These roles offer the chance to work in structured, professional environments where your instructional experience will directly contribute to high standards of security practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and field-based training across core security subjects (e.g., critical infrastructure, energy and utilities security and guarding, CP, access control, personal safety, team coordination)
  

• Develop, adapt, and enhance training materials to suit local operational contexts
  

• Lead practical sessions with a focus on real-world scenarios and safe learning environments

• Monitor and assess learner progress and provide structured feedback

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and qualifications issued

• Support curriculum development and ongoing updates as needed
  
  

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Security Instructor, military trainer, or related role

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities

• Ability to work with diverse teams and adapt to international standards

• Operational or training experience in international or cross-cultural environments preferred

Preferred but Not Required

• Recognised instructional qualification (e.g.,Train the Trainer or equivalent)

• Valid Close Protection licence
