About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our clients and professionals, the Administration Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our counselling service. This is a varied and rewarding position that combines office administration with compassionate client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and confidential environment
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and empathetic and confidential manner.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the booking system
- Greeting clients and providing a warm, confidential front-of-house service
- General office duties such as data entry, filing, invoicing, and stock management
- Supporting the counselling team with administrative tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A friendly, approachable, and discreet manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Experience in an administrative role (previous experience in a healthcare or counselling environment is a plus, but not essential)
