Job Description

The iconic JJ Killeens newly refurbished bar, restaurant, concert and live music venue is currently seeking to recruit a Senior "Front of House" Staff Manager.   Other positions also available.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate and there is opportunity to progress and work in many other areas of the business including Event Management,  Implementation and Development of Marketing Strategies,  Liaising with Midlands Tourism organisations and working closely with the owners to ensure the smooth running of this multi-faceted, award winning establishment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, directing them to their tables, managing reservations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained on the premises.

The role will include training and managing floor staff, waitresses, bar tenders and cleaning staff.

The role will also require assisting staff with waitressing, bar tending and clearing tables during busy intervals throughout the day.
