Job Description

Our client, a Tier 1 General contractor are looking to hire a BIM Lead for their project in Co. Kildare. Ideally you will come with relevant construction/ engineering qualifications coupled with at least 5yrs BIM experience. Big project experience and leading junior team members is also desirable. This is a 2yr construction program with a company with extensive work in the pipeline.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 years’ experience as BIM Lead
  • Relevant 3rd level Engineering or 3rd level BIM qualification.
  • Excellent team work skills.
  • Working on own initiative to tight deadlines.
  • Motivated individual with good communication and organisational skills.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a similar position with a similar General Contractor

Software Requirements:

Experience in some of the softwares below anticipated

  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • Navisworks
  • BIM360
  • AutoCAD Plant 3D
