Job Description

Job Purpose: To assist with the admin tasks related to sales and customer services

4 Month Contract - August – November 2025

SALES ADMIN:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email 

Preparing Customer quotes

Enter Customer sales orders 

Processing Orders Out

Taking payments from customers 

Arranging dispatch with delivery companies  

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION:

Validation of supplier Invoices

Creating new Customers in Accounts & CRM Systems

Filing Customer Orders

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

A personable and customer focused approach    

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment    

Strong attention to detail & accuracy      

Motivated & ability to work on own initiative 

An interest in Horticulture Industry an advantage

KEY Competencies

3 years + experience in Office & Sales Administration  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)      Sage 50 Accounts– Desirable but not essential
