Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of all Leisure Centre facilities and programmes. Acts as part of the management team, deputising for the Group Operations Manager when required. Oversees staff supervision, customer engagement, and compliance with safety and ethics policies. Develops new activities, supports marketing and events, and maintains accurate records and reports. Manages budgets and staffing to ensure cost-effective service delivery. Acts as key holder, handling opening/closing duties and emergency response.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in the leisure environment.
  • Reps recognised Gym qualifications
  • Current Lifeguard Qualification (R.L.S.S. S.T.A. W.S.I.)
  • A proven track record of leading and motivating a team.
  • A passion for delivering customer experience above and beyond customers’ expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic & self-motivated.
  • Dedicated and Hardworking.
