You’ll be out in the market uncovering opportunities, winning new business, and turning conversations into contracts. What You’ll Do

  • Hunt and win new business in the commercial relocation space — offices, government bodies, education, healthcare, and more.

  • Build relationships with decision-makers (Facilities, Operations, Estates, Procurement) and convert them into long-term clients.

  • Craft standout proposals and presentations that show why OBS is the trusted name for seamless, secure, and stress-free moves.

  • Drive your own sales pipeline — from lead generation to deal close — and consistently smash your targets.

  • Collaborate with our operations and project teams to ensure every promise you sell is delivered flawlessly.
