About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Client Relationship Manager to grow and nurture our Residential Moves business — one of the most trusted names in Irish relocations. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients planning a move, guiding them through every step while generating new opportunities and maximising conversions. From private home moves to international relocations, you’ll deliver a seamless, high-touch service that turns every client into a brand advocate.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business leads through referrals, partnerships, networking, and inbound enquiries.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with private clients, relocation agents, real-estate professionals, and HR mobility teams.

  • Understand client needs, scope complex moves, and create tailored quotations that reflect OBS’s premium, stress-free service.

  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings — delivering a consistently high close rate.

  • Collaborate closely with operations to ensure every move runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

  • Track market activity and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and produce regular sales pipeline reports.

What You Bring

  • Proven success in a client-facing sales or account management role — ideally within relocation, property, or logistics.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong commercial mindset — comfortable managing targets and converting opportunities.

  • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and follow-through.

  • Confident working independently in a fast-moving, service-driven environment.

  • Full, clean driver’s licence and flexibility to travel as required.
