About the Role

Are you ambitious, people-driven, and excited to grow in a fast-paced sales environment? As our Sales Executive – Residential Moves, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients planning a home relocation — from local moves to international adventures.

You’ll guide clients through the entire journey, build relationships with key partners, and convert high-quality enquiries into confirmed bookings. It’s a role where your communication, confidence, and commercial flair genuinely make a difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Build your pipeline through referrals, partnerships, networking, and inbound enquiries.

  • Engage with private clients, relocation agents, estate agents, and HR mobility teams to understand their needs and provide clear, tailored solutions.

  • Scope and price moves, crafting accurate quotes that reflect OBS’s premium, stress-free service.

  • Convert enquiries into bookings by offering expert guidance and a personable, trustworthy approach.

  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure every client’s move is seamless and exceeds expectations.

  • Track competitor trends and market activity to spot new business opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular sales pipeline updates.

What You Bring

  • Experience in a client-facing sales or account management role (property, logistics, or relocation background is a plus).

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A commercial mindset with confidence around targets and conversions.

  • Excellent organisation and follow-through, even when juggling multiple clients.

  • Comfortable working independently and proactively in a fast-moving environment.

  • Full, clean driver’s licence and ability to travel as needed.
