Duties: Dealing with Customer Care/Service
Supporting other Departments.
The suitable candidate for this position will be highly computer literate with excellent attention to detail and well organized. A good phone manner and preferably phone experience is required. The position requires a high degree of flexibility and willingness to help-out wherever needed. Good communication skills are required as is a “Can do” attitude. The person will be required to work to KPI targets and to tight deadlines. They will need to be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
Personal Attributes and Qualifications:
A good knowledge of Microsoft office and other computer systems is an advantage. They need to be flexible. Experience in Sales, Administration or Accounts may be an advantage.
