Customer Service Administrator - 6 month Contract
Naas, Co. Kildare


Our Client is  a leading provider of specialist equipment, products, consumables and services, providing commercial solutions to Public and Private Hospitals, Blood Transfusion Centres, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Academia throughout UK and Ireland. They are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator  to join their team on a 6 month contract.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience – minimum 2 years
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Be highly organised, used to working efficiently in a regulated environment applying a strong work ethic
  • Able to manage, monitor and measure assigned work to deliver a high level of service
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines while displaying a strong attention to detail
  • Computer literacy, advanced knowledge of MS products

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming calls and emails
  • Cover reception duties, greeting visitors, receiving small office deliveries etc
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Process office stationary orders
  • Point of contact for sales personnel
  • Handle all recall notifications and credits
