General Operators – Medical Devices

Pharmaforce is currently recruiting for experienced General Operators for one of our medical device clients based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

  • Day shifts available 08.30am – 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)
    Starting rate €10.24 per hour
  • Temporary contract available, with the potential to be transferred to a permanent contract with Medical Device client.
  • Start November 16th.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Experience of working in Medical device, pharmaceutical or GMP environment preferable.
  • Good attention to detail required
  • Commitment and dedication are critical attributes for this role

General Function

Reporting to the production supervisor, the General Operator is responsible for supporting production processes with general operational tasks.

Main Duties

  • Following procedures and carrying out visual inspections on specialized products to make sure that correct specifications are followed.
  • Maintaining high attention to detail at all times.
  • Achieve daily/weekly production targets.
  • Printing labels and carrying out labelling of products with serial numbers.
  • Adhere to GMP policies and ensuring that health and safety procedures and regulations are followed at all times.
  • Working in a Cleanroom environment under stringent quality control systems. Candidates will therefore have to ensure quality standards are upheld at all times
