The role will require a working knowledge of Irish Planning Regulations and good technical ability and knowledge in achieving compliance in design with the requirements of the Building Regulations and Technical Guidance Documents A-M. Experience in the preparation of drawings and reports for Fire Safety Certificate and Disability Access Certificate applications would also be advantageous as would the use of GPS/GNSS surveying equipment.
