A long established, Mullingar based, facilities company, we are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. This full-time permanent position will provide hands on operational Human Resources support to the organisation in delivering exceptional customer service.
The main duties of this role include:
Supporting Operational Management in the preparation of headcount plans to meet customer requirements
Recruitment and Selection across all levels within the business, in an efficient and cost effective manner
Managing the Training and Development of new and existing employees
Policy Development and Deployment to ensure compliance with Employment Legislation
Provide advice and support to managers on the application of core HR policies and procedures
