Roles to Include
Tech savvy and proficient with Word, Excel email etc.
Willingness to learn new skills with training given.
Dealing with customer internet issues and first line support to help customers with their issues. Full training will be given.
Meeting and dealing with customers in our office and over the phone to take payments and applying payments to customers accounts.
Processing and paying of suppliers invoices.
VAT returns under help from accountants and liaising with accountants to do year end accounts.
Online Banking and monthly direct debit run.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software a bonus but not essential. (training will be given)
