Kildare Posted : 2019-09-03 Salary : Based on Experience Experience : 2 Years+ Position : Full Time or Part Time, Start Date: Immediate The role of the successful candidate will be to maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas. The successful applicant will plan and execute marketing strategies covering all media such as Radio, Social Media and online. Working closely with the Sales, PR and IT, Research and Customer Service teams the candidate will have a strong grasp of online marketing and quickly become a key member of the Cartell team. The role will include budget management, ROI tracking and regular reporting to the management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing campaigns on social media Analysing and investigating price, demand and competition Devising and presenting ideas and strategies Promotional activities Advertising campaigns and monitoring success Harmonise company brand across all media types Product and service specs harmonising company brand Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information Writing reports Organising events and product exhibitions Monitoring performance Sponsorship marketing Event management Radio advertising Qualifications and Experience required Leaving certificate Marketing Graduate (or equivalent) Perfect written and spoken English Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role Passion for online marketing Proven expertise in Social Media Proficient in graphic design and creation Proficient in creating online video Strong Google AdWords and Facebook Adverts Strong Google Analytics Good grasp of SEO Key skills Good teamwork skills Communication skills Adaptability Good organisation and planning skills Creativity Commercial awareness Numerical skills IT skills Nice to have Second European language e.g. Portuguese, Spanish, Danish, German WordPress or similar CMS experience An interest in cars, the automotive industry and/or motorsport Project management skills CRM skills Preference will be given to applicants that take huge pride in their work and display a capability and willingness to learn new skills.
