This is a hybrid role requiring a flexible dynamic working approach, to help manage the operations, with a focus on improving efficiencies by implementing new systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Support Knowledge and experience with each part of the customer ordering process: Customer quotes and tenders Customer order processing, payments, logistics and dispatch Customer after sales service Procurement Stock Control Management (Excel) The idea candidate should be well versed in accounting software, ideally Sage 50 or 200 .
