Currently hiring for an experienced Engineering Manager to work on capital works, small works & maintenance projects on a large pharma facility in the west of Ireland. The ideal candidate will come from a Building Services, Mechanical or Construction background with experience in delivering and planning small works projects in a pharmaceutical, clean room environment. Handyman wanted.  Approx 16 hours a week. Max 20 hours.    Main duty: external property maintenance which includes but not limited to weeding, pruning, leaf removal, power hosing, decluttering etc    Other duties: organise access to rental properties for maintenance/upkeep, handover of property keys.
