The ideal candidate will come from a Carpentry background with at least 5-7yrs experience working within a similar role with a recognised Main Contractor. Ideally you will also have healthcare construction experience. Working alongside the Project Manager you will be charged with overseeing sub contractors from first fix stage through to handover.  Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor sub-contractor’s performance.
