Position -  Head Baker to lead our bakery team across production of all products – gluten free breads, baked goods and croissants/pastries, etc. Responsibilities- To ensure products are made to the required specification and are safe for consumers. Scaling, mixing, depositing, proofing, baking of all products in line with company recipes and systems. Continually monitor processes and identify areas for improvement. Make recommendations for the improvement and follow-up on implementation. Ensure customer requirements regarding Products, Processes, Food Safety and Quality are implemented. Ensure completion of paperwork in real time and efficiently. Work as part of a small, close-knit team, supporting colleagues where necessary and contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.
