Sometimes businesses give us advance notice that they will be hiring in the near future but are not ready to advertise the job quite yet. We believe there is an opportunity to improve successful outcomes for both Employer and Job Seeker if we could communicate this intention effectively. So we have created this page that lists the employers that hope to advertise jobs in the near term and we provide a link to create a Job Alert for that specific company. This means when Jobs are officially advertised, people that are interested and have created a Job Alert will receive notification immediately.
Once you have a MidlandJobs.ie account (free to set up!) just drop us a mail to hiringsoon(at)midlandjobs.ie and tell us you hope to hire in the near term and if possible a general job title to give guidance. We will add the link below. Job Seekers that are interested in working at your company will sign up for alerts and be notified when you are ready to formally advertise. There is no commitment here, on behalf of the employer, if the role is never advertised e.g. if position is filled internally.
Keep an eye here on companies that expect to hire in the near future. Click on those that you are interested in and create an alert. If the company advertises a Job then you will be notified immediately. You can unsubscribe any time.
This is a free service for both Job Seekers and Employers.
