Writech are looking for a junior engineer to join our project engineering teams. The successful candidate will join our design and project management team.  The ideal candidate will like a quick paced environment and have excellent organisational skills.  The project engineering role is all encompassing, from the basic design of the fire sprinkler system, to producing fabrication lists and attending site meetings. To ordering materials for the installations.  The role has three major sections: 1. Design of fire protection systems. Experience in ACAD or similar is an advantage. 3D design is completed in AUTOSPRINK.   2. Quality control and project management of the contract. Detailed procedures for all aspects of the role must be followed to ensure compliance with our LPC1048 and ISO certifications.  3. Purchasing and planning of the contract. Knowledge of all the parts and purchasing process internally within Writech is required to be a successful project engineer. Some time in Writech stores will be part of the training process.  The role has a significant learning curve and is a challenging position initially where people who are organised and self directed excel. For all aspects of the role there are operating procedures and training guides and we use a on the job and external training courses to improve your competency.
