Telesales will consist of 3 areas  Taking orders from existing customers through phone and emails and creating sales order of picking. Developing/ increasing the sale further through add on of other products sold. Calling existing customers and new customers to advice of our products, service and to initiate new business where possible. Customers service issues and the customer experience. The customer and the customer experience is what makes Flamers Ltd successful company and we want to grow on this. The candidate will be responsible for dealing with any customer service issue but also implementing new customer service procedures to enhance the over all customer experience.
