Our Clients include Pharmacies, e.g. Boots and Lloyds, Supermarkets both large chains and independent groups/stores, Butchers, Bakery, manufacturing, fashion apparel to main but a few. Our Technical department is continually grown and is looking for a Grade 2 Technical Field Engineer.   Duties:                        Installing Printing Systems and Solutions on site and remotely.                                     Designing systems and integrating these into client’s systems.                         Training and advising Customers and Staff on new Technical Innovations.                         Making maintenance calls and upgrading systems.                         Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software.                         See Job Spec Sheet for more details. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join our Technical Department in a busy office environment where you will work as part of a dedicated team. The Role . The role involves installing and maintaining systems with our large customer base daily.  Supporting and troubleshooting customer queries and offering advice on new systems and products. You will also use our CRM & marketing tools to help our clients grow their business through our unique and innovative labels and systems.  The Person: The Ideal Candidate will be a self-starter willing to learn and train in new technologies. Have a proven track record of a minimum of 2 years of Support Centre/Help Desk experience in a technical support role. Good numeracy and problem-solving ability are a must. Have excellent customer service skills and a high level of technical competence and ideally expertise in windows and Enterprise printing technologies. Good time management and organisation skills are also required. They will require Excellent / Fluent English reading and writing skills and have a full clean Driving Licence. Qualifications :  Associate Degree or Professional Technical Certification in Information Technology/Computer Science/Networking with more than 2 years of system troubleshooting experience. Maintenance Fitter Scope of role: The role of a maintenance fitter involves plant and machinery purchase, installation, maintenance and repairs, replacement of broken or worn parts and servicing.  Problem solving also makes up a large component of the role of a fitter. Additionally, we desire a candidate who has a passion for lean manufacturing and is willing to contribute their expertise in all areas of this business as required.
