The first snows have arrived, and our team have their bags packed ready to hit the Alps - but we need 1 more great chef to compete the brigade! If you are up for the challenge, and enjoy viewing snow covered mountains for the next 5 months, please read on! Our chalets vary in size from 8 to 18 guests so we will place you in a chalet that suits your experience and ability. We will help you create a delicious, creative and balanced menu. You will buy your own ingredients each week catering to all guests dietary requirements, manage your own budget, and controlling your own stocks. Your chalet host will help you with maintaining a spotless chalet, and with serving meals. As a Highlife Chef you will be given the freedom to create the menu that you have always wanted to serve – we don’t just tell you to cook a set menu of 6 dishes over and over. We always hire people that are better than us for a reason! We structure your role so that you will be able to ski 5 days a week, sometimes 6 or even 7. Most of our team work in the morning and the evening with the middle of the day to ski.
