Mergon is an Irish owned company with operations in Ireland,  Czech Republic, U.K., Mexico and USA.

Established in 1981 Mergon works with leaders in the Automotive, Industrial and Healthcare sectors.

It's Irish operations are based in Castlepollard in the heart of the Irish Midlands close to Mullingar. Mergon are an excellent employer in the midlands and have been very supportive of the local community over the years. Mergon have been involved in excellent health and education initiatives such as International Men’s Day, LEGO DAY , Science Week  and Mergon's School Engineering Experience. 

Mergon works with its customers to design, manufacture and assemble components that make their products succeed in their chosen markets.

In recent years the company has increased its capabilities in additive manufacturing and systems manufacturing; supplying complex moulded and electronics based assemblies to major clients like Abbott and Xerox.

As a result of working across many different sectors, Mergon has access to and experience in best practice from leaders in the Automotive, Industrial and Healthcare sectors. We believe this wealth of cross industrial experience makes us a valuable partner and gives our customers insights to ideas that typical suppliers may not have.

Through the effective implementation of reduction, re-use and re-cycling policies and to underline our pro-active approach, Mergon was the first Technical Blow Molding company in the world to receive accreditation to the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, which provides a framework for cost-effective and environmentally sensitive manufacturing.
