A Mullingar-based online Whiskey Auction house has a part-time vacancy for an office support person to assist in their business growth. This role is for a flexible 3 to 4 day week. The main duties involve helping to run our online auctions. This would include dealing with customers, work on the auction catalogue including taking photographs of the auction lots (full training will be given), and then to assist after each auction with the careful packaging and accurate shipping of the parcels to be sent to the winning bidders. There is also some admin work to be done maintaining auction files etc. Potential candidates would need to be computer literate (mainly Excel), and an interest/ ability in helping to drive our Social Media presence would be an advantage. Clean full driving licence essential as some driving may be required. A knowledge of Irish Whiskey brands and the general alcohol market would be helpful but not essential.
