AllPro Recruitment is currently recruiting a CORU Registered Social Care Worker on behalf of our client in public health. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team providing high-quality, person-centred care and support within the community. This is an initial 3-month full-time contract , working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm . Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred care and support in line with individual care plans. Promote independence, dignity and social inclusion for service users. Build positive relationships with service users, families and the multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate records and complete reports as required. Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and maximise their quality of life.
