Lough Inn Restaurant, Farm, and Pub, Ltd located in Partry, County Mayo is a new restaurant concept seeking an experienced and innovative Head Chef to lead our production kitchen. New is using the farm grown produce in the restaurant. You collaborate with the Heads of Production who design, implement and operate the hydroponics, raised bed, and field grown veggies used in the restaurant. The menu ingredients change with the harvests. You will locally source proteins. We heavily rely on and use hydroponics as the farming production method.
