  We currently require a full-time architectural technologist to join our design team and assist in the design workload including the preparation of planning drawings and applications, tender drawings and specifications and working drawings. The role will require a working knowledge of Irish Planning Regulations and good technical ability and knowledge in achieving compliance in design with the requirements of the Building Regulations and Technical Guidance Documents A-M. Experience in the preparation of drawings and reports for Fire Safety Certificate and Disability Access Certificate applications would also be advantageous as would the use of GPS/GNSS surveying equipment. The role will be varied and the successful candidate will work alongside our design team and assist in the preparation of civil/structural & fire safety design on small to medium-sized residential and commercial projects.
