Merchant Success Analyst Bilingual

We're Looking For People Who:

 Speak one or more of these languages fluently on top of English: French, German, Polish, Czech, or Spanish
 Have 2+ years of customer-facing experience (any industry - retail, hospitality, call centers, support desks, etc.)
 Enjoy helping people solve problems and feel confident
 Are willing to learn about cybersecurity and compliance (no prior experience needed!)

What You'll Do

You'll be the friendly voice helping merchants use our platform. Your day-to-day:

  • Answer questions from merchants via phone, email, and chat

  • Guide them through step-by-step processes on our platform

  • Explain things in simple, clear language (we'll teach you what to say!)

  • Document your conversations and flag when someone needs extra help

  • Work with your team to continuously improve

No cybersecurity background required. We provide full training on everything technical.
