Mullingar Equine Vets is seeking a highly motivated, organised, and reliable Receptionist / Administrator to join our team. This is a busy, hands-on role where clear communication and excellent multitasking are vital to supporting our clients and veterinary surgeons. Key Responsibilities: • Provide a professional welcome to clients, representatives, and visitors. • Manage a high volume of phone calls, inquiries, and accurate appointment scheduling. • Handle patient records, client invoicing, and daily payment processing. • Manage administrative workflows including incoming/outgoing emails and general reception paperwork. • Oversee stock control and stocking of pharmacy inventory • Assist vets and senior administrative staff with ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.
