We’re currently recruiting Production Operatives to support the manufacturing process. Reporting to the Shift Production Manager , this role is key to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery, meeting production targets, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and health & safety compliance. Key Personal Responsibilities: Good level of attention to detail as the work requires a high standard around accuracy and quality/ quantity checks and sign off. Adhere to all Operating Procedures when operating machinery or FLT’s, especially in regard to Health & Safety, work instructions, and quality procedures and standards.
