When Simon, David and Alan established Highlife in 2002, it was with a passion to create a refreshingly different ski holiday experience.

Tired of torturous transfer journeys, unhelpful service and poor quality accommodation, we were determined that a Highlife holiday should be hassle free and without compromise – in a nutshell, we wanted to design the kind of ski holiday that we would like to go on ourselves and be proud to stand over.

We set out with a simple aim – to find good quality accommodation in world-class ski resorts where we would guarantee our guests delicious food & wine as well as an excellent level of service.

By listening to our customers, we refine and improve our programme every year to ensure that guests can look forward to a really great holiday and excellent value for your money.

For this reason, our business expansion has been managed in a way that ensures we never lose sight of the value of exceptional customer service. This allows us to stand over the quality of every holiday we sell and is a contributing factor to the very high level of repeat and referral custom that we enjoy.
