The dedicated team provide a speedy response to any service breakdown while delivering excellent care, so our guests can relax knowing they’re being taken care of.
MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT MANAGER | Circa €47,600 per annum
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will support with the smooth running of the Accommodation and Central Buildings maintenance departments. You will maintain excellent communication with the team, Helpdesk, Guest Services, Housekeeping and other units where planned maintenance or remedial actions are needed and provide clear direction to the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
Additionally, you will support with overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations, including team training, managing the time and attendance system, setting objectives and monitoring performance to achieve optimal results.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
