Construction Project Manager

Our client is a top ten Main Contractor with a presence across Ireland, UK & Europe with expertise in delivering complex construction projects in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Commercial, Residential and Data Centre sectors.

They are currently undertaking a project in Kildare and are hiring an experienced Project Manager. Ideally you will have a degree qualification in a construction related discipline with at least 7-10yrs experience in leading construction projects from breaking ground to PC.

Your role will cover a number of key areas;

• Planning Works & Tracking Progress - Having a thorough understanding and knowledge of the construction programme, developing lookaheads, ensuring subbies are on target and chairing regular program updates.
• Health & Safety - Lead from the front, demonstrating a high standard at all times and supporting the EHS Lead
• Commercial Management - Close working with the Project Commercial Lead
• Team Management - Managing & Motivating all project team members 
• Sub Contractor Management - Monitoring and reporting on sub contract performance
• Quality Management - Adhering to the company quality policies throughout the project ensuring delivery of highest standards and communicating same to client.
• Client Engagement - Point of contact for the client throughout the project
