Job Description
We're seeking a proactive, technically-savvy professional to join our growing Product team in a hybrid role combining installation operations and client success. You'll guide clients through their entire journey - from post sale through hardware installation to software onboarding - ensuring a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate thrives on getting things done, values simplicity, and communicates with clarity. You'll be the vital bridge between hardware installation and software activation, keeping clients informed and stakeholders aligned throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Operations:
- Manage hardware installation schedules and coordinate deployment timelines
- Gather technical and business requirements from internal teams and clients to prepare comprehensive installation work packages for engineers
- Oversee stock orders and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with on-site safety procedures
Client Success & Onboarding:
- Document client needs, decisions, and configurations throughout theinstallation process
- Identify and capture client goals to inform successful platform adoption
- Deliver virtual onboarding sessions to the platform
Communication & Documentation:
- Maintain clear documentation of client issues through bug logging and inform clients of status updates
- Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates throughout the client journey
- Product Operation Assistant 1Create and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency
What We're Looking For

- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand both hardware and software systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- A bias for action and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously

Salary: €32-40k depending on experience.
