Newly/Part-Qualified Accountant - Mullingar/Tullamore

Force Recruitment are partnering with a leading and fast-growing professional services firm to recruit a Newly or Part-Qualified Accountant for their expanding teams in Tullamore and Mullingar. The Role

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a newly or part-qualified accountant to work closely with Partners and experienced accounting teams, supporting the next phase of growth and client impact across the region. You will gain practical experience managing a diverse portfolio of Agri and SME clients, contributing directly to high-quality client service and business advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing financial accounts and tax computations for sole traders, partnerships, and companies
• Preparing statutory accounts for client companies
• Completing accounts for sole traders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Preparing VAT reports and performing bank reconciliations
• Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Newly qualified or part-qualified (finalist) CPA / ACA / ACCA with a minimum of one year’s public practice experience
• Technically capable with strong attention to detail
• A clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Well organised and able to manage deadlines effectively
• Commercially aware with a strong client-service focus
