Accounts Assistant – Mullingar Office

We are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant for the Mullingar office of an established and growing professional services group. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career while supporting clients across Ireland with accounting and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organise company records, files, and documentation

  • Data entry and management of online accounting systems

  • Assist with preparation and data collection for Annual Accounts

  • Prepare and submit tax computations, tax filings, and CRO filings

  • Respond to and resolve client queries promptly and professionally

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Studying towards an ACCA or ACA qualification

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in accounts or bookkeeping, ideally in a multi-unit business environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Eager to learn and develop professionally
