Spa Retail Assistant
Longford Forest | €14.35 per hour
Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest
Join the Aqua Sana Forest Spa team as a Spa Retail Assistant, delivering exceptional guest service and expert product advice in our luxury spa boutique. Set in the peaceful forest surroundings, you'll work with premium skincare brands and help guests choose products that suit their needs.
What you'll be doing
- Provide expert advice on skincare and homecare products to guests
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest journey
- Maximise sales opportunities and support achievement of daily and budget targets
- Maintain stock levels and report any shortages

Your working hours
- Part-time contract
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes weekends and bank holidays
- Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
About you
- Excellent communication, strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Computer literate with proven experience in customer service, retail sales and the beauty industry
- Builds positive relationships at all levels with a friendly, genuine and warm approach
- Proactive problem-solver with effective time management, initiative and teamwork skills
