Operations Assistant 

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and friendly Operations Assistant to join our growing Product team. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of installation operations and client onboarding, where you’ll support the delivery of hardware deployments and ensure clients are set up for success on our platform.

You’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving coordinating installations, preparing engineers, and supporting clients through onboarding. Acting as the link between internal teams, field engineers, and customers, you’ll help ensure every project runs smoothly from post-sale through to activation.

The ideal candidate is practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. You communicate clearly, take ownership, and focus on getting things done well.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Operations

  • Coordinate hardware installation schedules and manage deployment timelines

  • Prepare clear installation work packs by gathering technical and business requirements

  • Support stock ordering and inventory tracking

  • Ensure installations are organised, compliant, and delivered efficiently

Client Onboarding & Support

  • Support clients through onboarding, including delivering virtual platform walkthroughs

  • Capture client requirements, configurations, and key decisions throughout the process

  • Help translate client goals into successful platform adoption

Communication & Process

  • Maintain clear records of issues, updates, and project progress

  • Keep internal teams and clients aligned with timely, structured communication

  • Create and improve internal processes and documentation to support scaling
