Experienced Bar Person

Experienced bar person required for a busy village bar to oversee daily bar operations, crafts alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and to deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for stock management, maintaining high hygiene standards. You will ensure responsible service of alcohol and tobacco products and support in the smooth operation during peak trade.

Essential Skills

• Experience: 1-3 years of previous Bar expereince
• Multitasking: Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure during busy periods
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Beers / Wines/ Cocktail recipe
• Compliance: Strong knowledge of legislation relative to this sector
• Fluent English
