Job Description

Horticultural Wholesaler in Tullamore require a warehouse general operative for a fixed term contract with immediate start until mid December.

Working closely with the supervisor, you will assist with all functions including but not limited to:

  • Goods Inwards
  • Order Picking
  • Goods Out
  • Customer Service
  • Operations (Quality control, stock counts, trade show prep)
  • Assist with custom projects and bespoke mixes
  • Maintenance of a clean & organised workplace

Requirements: 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Leaving Certificate (essential)
  • Fluent English – both written & spoken (essential)
  • Manual Handling Certificate (desirable)
  • Safe Pass Certificate (desirable)
  • Forklift Certificate (desirable)
  • Full Clean (Category B) Drivers Licence (desirable)

 This is a manual role & involves heavy lifting; Physical ability is a key selection criterion.
