About Us

Sleator is a well-established motor dealership based in Mullingar, representing Kia and Suzuki across our two neighbouring showrooms — Sleator Kia and Midland Suzuki — just a 100-metre walk apart. Known for quality vehicles and a strong reputation for customer care, we're looking to add an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to our team.

The Role

You'll be the face of our showroom — helping customers find the right car, negotiating trade-ins, and closing sales while delivering the kind of service that keeps people coming back and recommending us to friends and family. This role covers both Sleator Kia and Midland Suzuki, a short 100-metre walk between the two.

A growing share of our business comes from online enquiries, so a big part of this role is responding quickly and professionally to leads generated through our website and online listings. You'll need to follow up promptly, qualify interest, and convert online enquiries into showroom visits and sales — keeping our CRM updated every step of the way.

What You'll Do

•  Deal with walk-in, phone, and online enquiries across both showrooms 
•  Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and finance options 
•  Value part-exchange vehicles and negotiate deals
•  Follow up leads and manage your own sales pipeline
•  Complete all sales paperwork, including VRT and compliance documentation
•  Hit monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

Previous car sales experience is essential

Full, clean driving licence

• Excellent phone manner
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and well-organised
•  Comfortable with CRM systems and everyday digital tools
• Flexibility to work across both locations (just a 100m walk apart)
