Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Prep: Clean, sand, prime, and mask surfaces before painting.
  • Paint Mixing: Measure and mix paints, primers, and thinners to the right ratios.
  • Equipment Operation: Use airless sprayers, HVLP guns, and related tools.
  • Application: Spray even, high-quality coats on metal, wood, or plastic.
  • Quality Control: Check finished work for runs, drips, or rough spots and fix them.
  • Maintenance: Clean and maintain spray equipment and paint booths after use.
  • Safety: Wear proper protective gear and follow workplace safety rules.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years working as a commercial or industrial spray painter.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of paint types, surface prep, and spray techniques.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot flaws and create a flawless finish.
  • Physical Strength: Able to stand for long hours and lift heavy items.
  • Certifications: Valid safety training or relevant trade certification.
