Paint Mixing: Measure and mix paints, primers, and thinners to the right ratios.
Equipment Operation: Use airless sprayers, HVLP guns, and related tools.
Application: Spray even, high-quality coats on metal, wood, or plastic.
Quality Control: Check finished work for runs, drips, or rough spots and fix them.
Maintenance: Clean and maintain spray equipment and paint booths after use.
Safety: Wear proper protective gear and follow workplace safety rules.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years working as a commercial or industrial spray painter.
Skills: Strong knowledge of paint types, surface prep, and spray techniques.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot flaws and create a flawless finish.
Physical Strength: Able to stand for long hours and lift heavy items.
Certifications: Valid safety training or relevant trade certification.
