Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Surface Prep: Clean, sand, mask, and prime surfaces before painting.
- Paint Mixing: Mix paints and match colors accurately using technical guides.
- Equipment Use: Operate and clean spray guns, air compressors, and sanding tools.
- Safety Compliance: Wear protective gear and follow safety rules for chemical handling.
- Assisting: Help senior painters on large commercial or industrial projects.
Requirements
- Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and basic math skills.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment.
- Work Ethic: Eagerness to learn, reliable attendance, and a team-player attitude.
