Midlandjobs.ie is always working to find the smartest most efficient ways to get fresh job content out to as wide and relevant an audience as possible, as quickly as possible. We’ve developed a new website plugin to handle the increasing size of our jobs feed.
This plugin is a simple installation on any website and allows filtering and viewing of jobs without leaving your site. It can be configured to show jobs by location, category or company and is fully mobile responsive.
Jobs are updated automatically and are live within a few minutes once they are posted on MidlandJobs.ie. Applications are centralised on midlandjobs.ie so no matter where your job-seeker applied for the job, all the applications will be in one place.
We’ve installed it on a few sites already (see below) and will be rolling it out to others over time. Please contact us if you would like to have the plugin installed on your site.

"Tony from Midlands Jobs approached us with the idea of advertising our CE Vacancies on their website and vice versa, having only completed the transition a month ago the traffic it has generated to Kilbeggan Community Group has been amazing. We have gained a lot of newfound interest in our Vacancies, have 3 potential new participants and are receiving tons of CV’s on a daily basis. Tony has been extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable and we are delighted to have the opportunity to work alongside him and Midlands Jobs"
We've worked pretty hard to ensure the installation is a simple and robust as possible. All that is needed is to paste three lines of code onto your site.
<style>midland-jobs-feed {display: block;min-height: 700px; }</style>
<script src="https://feed.midlandjobs.ie/yourwebsite.ie/feed.js" async></script>
<midland-jobs-feed>Loading latest jobs...</midland-jobs-feed>
The first line is optional, it just prevents a page jump if connection speed is slow. The second line does all the work and fetches the jobs and formats them. The third line defines where in your page the jobs should be placed and provides a placeholder if there is a network connectivity issue. Depending on your requirements, we handle the job pre-filtering by location, job types and any styling requirements or modifications you might require.
Thats it, we do the rest. No need for an expensive web developer. We handle the CORS. No need for updates. It does not break website plugins, stylesheets etc and it does not depend on or require any pre-installation. If you don't want it any more just delete those three lines.
Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Free. Zero. Gratis. Spend your money elsewhere.
We’re firm believers that Midlands jobs should be seen by as many midlands based people as possible. It’s all about giving job seekers the best shot at finding work right on their doorstep. For employers, it means we’re out there making sure roles are being shown to people most likely to be interested in them. e.g Jobs in Castlepollard is shown to people in Castlepollard.
