The successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection, servicing, repair, and maintenance of heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), construction plant, and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance across operations. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs, construction plant, and machinery in line with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs on-site and in the workshop. Conduct pre-use inspections and safety checks on all plant and vehicle equipment. Maintain accurate service records and complete job sheets and defect reports. Liaise with site managers and operators to schedule maintenance and minimise downtime.
