Job Purpose The Clinical Facilitator will take a lead role in planning, coordinating, and delivering clinical education and teaching across a range of clinical departments, including the Perioperative Department, Endoscopy Unit, Surgical Ward, Step-Down Unit, and Minor Injuries Unit (General). The post holder will support postgraduate students and qualified staff across all of these areas to achieve the highest standards of clinical competence and safe, evidence-based care.
