ROLE PROFILE:   Provide a comprehensive administrative support focusing on Project administration and supporting the Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) Team. Assist with coordinating general office duties, which will include the accounts and wider operations teams.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:   HSQE Administration:  • Assist with the creation of monthly HSQE reports  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned for internal HSQE  meetings  • Generation of monthly KPI’s  • Updating files on the internal file management system   • Transfer of safety forms from “Nest” system to “Vision” system  • Update of ad hoc HSQE reports  General Support:  • Day to day general administration and data entry on internal systems.  • Supporting other functions in the business with administration tasks as required.  • Ordering stationary, office items etc.  • Contribute to the creation of project folders and management reports as required...
