Job description
New Job! My client located in Navan, Co. Meath is looking to hire an IT Support Analyst to join their team.
This role is onsite 5 days per week (including Saturdays)
Travel to sister sites when required.
Own transport & full Irish Driving License required.
As the IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting staff, maintaining IT systems, protecting data and cybersecurity, managing technology suppliers and analysing data. Key duties & responsibilities:
IT ticket support i.e. software/login/password issues.
Onboarding/offboarding of users and devices.
System performance reports.
Liaise with external IT companies.
Coordinate system upgrades, installations and improvements.
Deliver IT training.
Support audits, risk assessments & compliance reviews.
Update policies/procedures.
Travel to sister sites for IT support...
