Café Manager We are a family business of over 50 years. As we expand we are seeking an ambitious and self motivated Manager to join our dedicated team for our busy and growing cafe. Role Overview As Café Manager, you will act, at all times in the best interests of our guests and the business. You will play a key leadership role within the café, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the operation and providing guidance, support, and direction to the café team. This is a hands-on, senior role where you will be trusted to manage staffing, daily operational matters, and customer service standards with a high degree of independence, while working collaboratively with senior management as required.
